In this position, you will help people build lives of meaning, purpose, and recovery by:


  • Manage the utilization review process (process for receiving and maintaining funding for an individual's treatment) across the organization
  • Review funding requests and coach therapists who need assistance
  • Ensure quality of both data and written requests and act as a liaison between therapists and funders
  • Train and assist clinical teams on utilization management processes
  • Assist in other quality assurance department needs


This is a full-time position with benefits that include:

Rate of pay is $47,800 - $58,240 annually depending on experience.


Requirements: Master's level therapist, strong writing skills, strong communication skills.
